The All-Inclusive Corporate Package (3 days)

For up to 15 guests, all-inclusive

To ensure your corporate days are seamless and memorable, we offer a complete, full-service experience. For organizing your events and seminars, the entire estate complex is exclusively yours, including the spacious sauna house and the cozy guesthouse.

The package includes:

  • Exclusive rental of the entire estate complex (sauna house, guesthouse)
  • Accommodation for 2 nights in comfortable double occupancy rooms
  • Use of the seminar room for 3 full days (100 m², with kitchenette)
  • High-speed internet access (up to 150 Mbit/s)
  • Projector, screen, and essential meeting equipment
  • 4 three-course meals and 2 dedicated coffee breaks for the entire group
  • 1 traditional, signature chef’s dinner: “A Culinary Journey on the Food Trails of Mulgimaa”
  • Access to the wood-fired and electric saunas, plus the pond/winter ice hole
  • Sports activities: use of the tennis court, badminton, volleyball, football pitch, and disc golf course, including all necessary equipment

The Seminar and Sauna Lodge

The seminar lodge is a grand, full-log retreat house with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the pond. It is a space designed to foster creativity and allow ideas to flourish.

The Sauna Lodge features:

  • Projector + screen setup for presentations and meetings

Accommodation and Dining

Accommodation is provided in the cozy guesthouse, featuring comfortable double rooms with quality mattresses in a warm, welcoming fieldstone building.

Dining takes place in the guesthouse’s main hall, with all meals prepared by the talented hostess and head chef, Sirje, who has been renowned in the region for over 20 years as a master creator of unforgettable flavors.

Beyond our modern comforts, Marja Holiday Resort offers guests authentic opportunities to engage with Estonian heritage and traditions.

Authentic Estonian Sauna Experience: Traditional sauna with whisks (viht) and a cool-down plunge in the pond, or a specially prepared ice hole in winter.

Sirje’s Traditional Culinary Signature Menu, “A Journey on the Food Trails of Mulgimaa,” which was selected for the 2024 Mulgimaa Food Week program.
