Additionally, you also have access to the granary house with its outdoor terrace.
Upon your arrival, your group will be welcomed by a spacious seminar room with an inspiring view of the pond, located in a unique log house, complete with a freshly prepared coffee station. Our resort guarantees ultra-fast fiber-optic internet with speeds up to 150 Mbit/s to ensure your meetings run smoothly. For presentations, we provide you with a video projector or screen. The seminar house also includes a small kitchen area with a coffee machine for your use.
We offer your company a full catering service for your team days and training: we arrange breakfast, lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners. Our resort’s cuisine has earned high recognition from guests across Estonia and abroad. Our dishes are prepared under the skillful guidance of The Hostess, Sirje Kask. Sirje has cultivated the art of cooking for over 20 years and holds a Master Chef professional qualification; her priority is high-quality, local ingredients. As part of the package, we offer your company the traditional Estonian dinner menu “A Journey on Mulgimaa’s Food Trails,” which was selected for the 2024 Mulgimaa Food Week program.
Marja Holiday Resort offers your company a wide selection of sports opportunities right on the resort grounds. In 2025, we opened the region’s first-of-its-kind multi-functional tennis court, where you can play badminton, basketball, volleyball, and football in addition to tennis. We also opened a professional disc golf course in 2025. We collaborate with local athletes and are happy to arrange a lesson for your team with a tennis or disc golf instructor.
Our sauna house features two saunas for your use: a wood-fired sauna and a modern electric sauna. After the sauna, you can cool off in our resort’s pond right on the sauna house shore. For the traditional Estonian sauna experience, we offer our guests homemade birch or oak whisks, and in winter, we prepare an ice-hole to invigorate your senses. Upon request, we also offer a workshop on making your own sauna whisk in the resort’s forests during the summer months.
We have invested in the quality sleep of our guests. Our private double rooms in the guesthouse are equipped with modern continental beds with high-quality mattresses, ensuring you get a complete rest. Additionally, a family room with a double bed and a sofa area is also available for your use.
